The Shuttle Bus Service is free of charge for passengers of the Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway. You don’t need a ticket to travel to the Valley Station. When returning from the Valley Station, all Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway tickets and Skipasses valid for that day can be used also as bus
tickets. Rates for other users: Weekly Card 5.00 Euro, 3-Day Card 3.00 Euro. Children until 7 years ride free of charge. You can buy bus tickets at the counter of the Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway, from your landlord and at the tourist agencies. Please make sure that the purchase
date is written on the ticket - otherwise, the ticket won’t be valid. IMPORTANT: The bus drivers are not authorized to sell tickets or to provide information on various bus fares.

Alpe di Siusi Express (Bus Line 10 to Alpe di Siusi/Compaccio)
The Alpe di Siusi Express is included in the Combicard and in the Nordicpass. When purchased singly, a round-trip ticket costs: 13,00 Euro. You can purchase tickets directly in buses.

The Park is 6,386 ha large, geologically unique, rich in rare minerals, plants and endemic animal species.

The Nightshuttel runs every Friday and Saturday between Castelrotto (Passo Pinei) and Fiè allo Sciliar (Aica di Fiè). The fare is included in the Combicard and the Nordicpass. Taxi fare fpr all other users: 4,00 € for passenger and evening.

Several parking areas are available in all localities. Please note that car parks marked in blue are pay and display. Tickets can be bought from the machines on the spot. All other parking places are free of charge.

The easiest way to call is certainly at your lodging place (most private landlords have a unit counter too!) although units are certainly slightly more expensive.
Telephone booths are to be found everywhere but note that some only accept telephone cards while others accept both coins and cards of . You can buy phone cards at tobacconist's shops and also in Castelrotto from the card machine in the telephone house at the large parking place.
The telephone booths at the large parking place in Catelrotto are suitable for wheelchair users.
You cannot call from Post offices but you can certainly buy phone cards there!

Motor Vehicle Traffic Regulations on the Alpe di Siusi
In the winter, the road leading to the Alpe di Siusi is closed to motor vehicle traffic from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.. The Alpe di Siusi can be reached with the Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway (starting from Siusi) or by bus. Vacationers who have booked lodgings on the Alpe di Siusi will be given a special driving permit to reach their vacation lodgings. During their stay, they may then drive the road to their lodgings up till 10:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. There are no time limits applying to arrival and departure. The special driving permit can be obtained upon arrival at the forest station in S. Valentino (approx. 2.5 km above the Alpe di Siusi intersection) at the Tourism Agency for the Alpe di Siusi or directly from your host.
In the case of handicapped persons, it is possible to receive a special driving permit by presenting a physician's attestation.

Driving Prohibitions in Downtown Areas
The town centers are subject to traffic restrictions and are closed to motor vehicle traffic at certain times. These times vary, depending upon the season – please observe the corresponding prohibition signs. It is prohibited to park mobile homes anywhere in public places throughout this area.
